I buy at least a few music albums a year. I don't get too much chance to listen to music on my free time, but we listen to stuff all day long at work. Would album reviews be a worthy* addition to Randomland's repertoire? I'm not much of a critic, but I can usually formulate an opinion on things that do not matter.

*worth writing, even though it is likely no one will ever run across it

That is a decent idea. Might bring people into the land of random, even if for only a while. I say go for it! Movies are fare game too, the worse the better probably. So should be books and cheeses.

I have bought a few albums within the last year or so which I might be able to formulate opinions. Here are ones I can think of, in no particular order:

Ivoryline - There Came a Lion (2008, bought last night on the iTunes)
Edison Glass - Time Is Fiction (2008)
Brave Saint Saturn - ANTI-MERIDIAN (2008)
Thousand Foot Krutch - Welcome to the Masquerade (2009)
Relient K - Forget and Not Slow Down (2009)
Skillet - Comatose (2006...maybe a little old and too well known to bother reviewing)
Red - Innocence and Instinct (2009)
Cool Hand Luke - The Balancing Act (2007, actually a compliation)
War of Ages - Arise and Conquer (2009?)

Wow, I buy more music than I realize.
